Embahn is the psychedelic folk singer-songwriter project of Emily Steuer based in Minneapolis,MN. A self-taught guitarist and song-writer, she has developed a unique sound that captures her inner-world of love and abundance.

Embahn began as a home-recording project with just a USB microphone and an acoustic guitar in the fall of 2019. In 2019 she released her debut EP “When Time Goes By”, which is available only on SoundCloud. Following the EP, she released a single titled “Northwoods Levitation” in 2020 on Spotify. 2022 saw more releases with singles “Leaves Fall” and “Reflection”, as well as an EP “juniper, I Protect you”.

Despite her limited internet releases, she has played many shows in the Midwest since 2020 and has become an established local musician in Northeastern Wisconsin and Minneapolis, MN. Embahn is currently based in Minneapolis, MN and is recording her debut album which is expected to be out in late spring 2025.
